No delivery

Ordered my groceries and waited for my delivery time only to be contacted by another customer telling me my things where delivered to her house and unfortunately packed and used by her help, but that is beyond the point I am so annoyed at how you guys do your things. Now one has to wait for God knows how long. I am a student and currently don’t have food for dinner tonight or breakfast and lunch tomorrow

They haven’t called me with any update. I do not have airtime to keep on calling the call centre. I need my food I really don’t get why it’s taking so long for yol guys to get food from the shelf, pack it in a plastic and have it delivered. I thought this was more convenient and less time consuming but I guess I was wrong. I’m so annoyed and angry at you guys.

Still waiting 48+ hours later and I still haven’t received my goods. Don’t get how you people treat your customers I am really really disappointed
