No delivery

I had an order due for delivery on 03.02.2018. It never arrived and of course my day was wasted waiting for delivery as the drivers very seldom arrive during the given slot times. Today is 06.02.2018 and still no delivery on site. I have been cut off 4 times while trying to phone today. I have phoned back each time with long waiting periods in between at my expense. Eventually I was told that my delivery had been made. Well it was most certainly not delivered to me. It appears I now have to wait until my delivery can be tracked. I said that this was unacceptable and expected delivery TODAY. Needless to say that this did not happen. I have sent about 10 emails as well with no response. Pathetic is an understatement. Deliver my order Pick and Pay so that I can move along swiftly to a new store that actually does care about its customers. I am so tired of this pathetic service that always just ends up costing the customer more in time and money. In case you are wondering why I did not go to the store and shop - that too is a disappointment as you rarely get a greeting from a cashier so I thought this would save my day being spoilt. Silly me - I didn’t realize that this would turn into more than a day of frustrations.
