No Delivery

Order number : *** I placed an order on the ASAP App. I have been tracking my order since it was made. The App was just stuck on " the driver us at the store" and kept changing the delivery times. I received a call from the contact center, and was advised that the driver has been coming to my place , and to no avail. I NEVER received a call OR NOTIFICATION advising that the driver has arrived. I followed up telephonically with the call center under ref no: ***. The status on the APP shows that my order has been delivered, but I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY GROCERIES. This is not the 1st time I have had a challenge with PNP ASAP. THEIR DRIVERS ARE RUDE AND IMPATIENT!!!! Monet has been deducted from my account but NO GROCERIES!!!!! I an disgusted by this inconvenience!!!!
