No deliver with my funds taken and no feedback

I ordered items over a thousand rand on Friday 3 December. Delivery scheduled for 14h00. By 7pm we left for the evening. Called customer services on Saturday and was told outside of office hours. Called on monday morning. Held on for 10 min before leaving messag to call me. Called again later in the afternoon. Same. 15 min wait and left message. Sent query on the online app last night. Sent email to customer services this morning. No feedback. How can the service be this bad. Bought items on black Friday special. Need to provide me with feedback and deliver
