no customer service what so ever

Hi I'm complaining for 2 separate experiences I had at your store. Sat 5th March, 17:44 I went in to purchase a carton of Rothman and a coke, get told by a guy who is behind the lotto machine there is no one to ring it up I must go to the 10 items or less till to do the transaction, there was a long Q so I left the transaction all together. My complaint is that why was there no staff manning the ciggies counter and in the past it was no issue paying for what I wanted by the lotto stand. <br> <br> Today the 11th March 11:54 I go again to the ciggies counter and the woman who was at the counter looked lost and confused and just left the counter even though there was customers standing to be served I stood there for 5min and left what I was going to buy and walked out. <br> <br> Your 10 or less items tills is pathetic as you only have 2 or 3 of them and at any given time only one is open so what is the point of having them if there is no one to man them?
