No customer service skills

On Friday 8 July had the worst experience with Pick n Pay and Pick n pay asap and up until today 1 August have no satisfaction. They are not customer centric and a manager by the name of Randall was so *********** and not equipped to handle customers please listen to my call dated 8 July and 29 July and today 1 August. I was promised a full refund as my order was canceled and the period is 1-10 working days and have not received anything after requesting my bank statement as well to confirm I have not received payment. I will not encourage anyone to use the app.
