No Customer Service - Pick n Pay Lemontree

It is extremely difficult to elicit a response from your store, I have called the cell number – voicemail, the landline number just gets cut off.

I sent an email to order items this morning to the email address provided on your pamphlet at 08h07, no response, have just ordered on your website, no response.

Very surprising for store of your magnitude that no-one responds to phone calls or email, your Customer Service needs to be greatly improved upon, surely you must have a system for orders that are sent through.

Unfortunately I am unable to get to the store today and really would like some of your specials however I am at a loss as to how to order.
