No customer service

I went to pick n pay twice for help with my club card, on friday and Sunday. I just wanted to renew it cause it doesn't scan anymore and i was told the people that are suppose to help me are somewhere around the store but can't locate them. Two lady on help desk on friday and a guy who showed me his shirt label on sunday. So i couldn't buy because someone is lazy to call. Pick N Pay Jubilee Mall
