no customer service

<p>On the 22 July 2017 (Saturday) at 11:30 or so I was at pick n pay Maponya Mall, I went about my shopping with no problem until I was going to make payment. I went to the till points to pay only to find that there was only one queue allowed for small items and trolleys, the small items queue went all the way to the back near the baked goods side and the trolley one went passed the clothing section. So basically you have to join this long queue then they will call you from that one que to only two operating tills in each side. I wanted to talk to the manager and was told that he/she wasn’t there or “was told he wasn’t there”! </p> <p>I wanted to take a picture of this nonsense then the security came up to me and told me I can’t take pictures in the store. I shop at a lot of pick n pays but I’ve never experienced such ridiculousness and such bad customer service. It means when you go there you need to take a friend with you so they came stand in the queue while you shop so you can pay quickly, otherwise you’ll be there for 2 hours.</p> <p> </p> <p>Hell even the elderly had their one long queue…….</p> <p> </p> <p>Really disappointed at the service, why have all those till points only to make people form one long line to pay.</p> <p> </p> <p>pick n pay maponya mall treats people like they are taking food on credit.</p> <p> </p>
