No customer service

On 22-12-2017 and on 23-01-2018 I contacted the customer care center with regards to a complaint.

I still have not been contacted and the tollfree line just rings and when you get trough you are tranferred from one to the other operator.

Really bad service and my problem is still not resolved!!!!!
