NO CUSTOMER ETHIC

I called in to see how far my delivery was as I have an emergency and need to leave, the lady the driver will be late i explained to her I need to leave so they cant be she said she is contact the driver and will call me back in a few min. 30min later i called back only to find out she left for lunch i left my number as urgent than received a mail with a reference number saying a query has been opened... How disgusting
