No contact has been made after 3 days of waiting for a response from PnP Management

<p>On Saturday the 16th of July I purchased a 1kg of PnP Basmati Rice, to find on the Tuesday while decantering the rice into a plastic Tupperware that there were little black bugs crawling in between the rice ! That morning I went straight onto the pick n pay complaint site and reported the issue but have not yet had any response. I am absolutely appauled not only from not getting a response but the fact that if anyone else bought from that same batch and never noticed the bugs what if they could actually get really sick ! </p>
