NO COMPASSION

I'm a single mother and are unable to work due to with health issues, which means that money is tight in our household. So my son got a trolley bag as a gift for him to use at school as his bag is broken. A week after getting the gift the zips no longer works which means a R300 BAG IS USELESS. I went to Pick n Pay in Brackenfell advising that it's a gift (which means I don't have a slip) and that the bag is broken. All I was told is sorry no slip no help and that after he acknowledge that they do sell the bag. I then asked to speak to a manager just to be sent a message saying the same thing. No wonder our country is in the state that it is there is no more compassion or humanity.
