no compaction for little children - bad quality of goods

my niece bought in Arbour crossing @ tygervalley roads in CT, 2 x speedster cars, she came up only now for the holidays, and on the boys opening up the gifts they where damaged, you can hear the gears is not working properly, she does not have the slipp as she stays in CT, and do not have a smart shopper, and now PnP's attitude is go back to CT and bring the slip.. really Pick N Pay, and in the meantime two little boys have to look at the cars , really good for you guys, that is what family shopping is about
