No charging cable inside the box!

I purchased a Volkano smart watch from Pick N Pay Hyper Witbank Cnr Watermeyer & Stevenson str today. I searched the whole box and there was absolutely no charging cable inside the box at all. I am also unable to switch on the smart watch. I would like a replacement or a refund please.
