No change

I love Pick n Pay but this morning I was so disappointed with your service. We arrive at Pick n Pay Alexandra Pan Africa Mall to find that they had no change we had to wait for other customers to buy in order for us to get change, and to top it all off while waiting there were people who were not willing to wait for change and they left the store without purchasing anything because of change.

Is this the kind of service that my beloved Pick n Pay and giving to customers. not only that there are no till packers at the same Pick n Pay. when I was there in my family on Saturday we packed our own groceries like we always do lately. When I visit other PnP's I never have to pack my groceries and they never tell me they dont have change ever?

so why is PnP Alexandra Pan Africa Mall different, am disappointed and I am considering changing supermarkets and tell everyone I know my experience
