no cashiers

The store opens at 8 am .we went there to buy wipes and paper plates and some snacks.we got to the till 8h10 but there were no cashiers anywhere.when we asked the manager said they are not ready.why open the store at 8 am if there are no cashiers in the store.and then she shrugs her shoulders.we waited another 10 minutes and still there are no cashiers.we called the call centre and there was no answer whereas their IVR says they operate from 8am.what kind of shoddy service is this?this was the worst service ever and it is not the first time with this branch!!!!!the store is not being managed!if it's not dirty you get bad service
