No Cashiers

On the 4th of October 2015, I went to Pick n Pay at Chris Hani Mall in Voslorus. I got there around 9:45 with the aim of buying my groceries before the mall gets too busy. I was so disappointed when I got to the tills, there were only 5 cashiers while people on the queue were more than 50. I had to wait on the queue for more than 30 minutes. When I asked the manager on duty Monica about what was happening she told me about cashiers working different shifts, more cashiers were coming at 12. I mean what is that? How can you have less cashiers on a morning of a month end? I really did not plan too spend to much time at the mall, I had important things to do that just standing on a queue. This is just unacceptable.
