NO CASH AT PICK 'N PAY CASHIERS
Capitec wants us to withdraw money/pensions from Pick 'n Pay, Shoprite and Checkers. Every time we try to draw a Sassa pension with a Capitec bank card from a cashier at Pick 'n Pay we are told "Sorry, I don't have cash"! Tired of hearing this! If Capitec has an arrangement with Pick n Pay for us to draw then Pick 'n Pay should have sufficient funds on the 1st day of every month for this purpose. Please attend to the problem.
