no care for the disabled

My experience at the Pick n Pay Little Falls was heartbreaking. As a person living with disability, I expect my shopping experience to be made bearable and not a reminder of what I cannot do. to have staff mocking and laughing at disabled people is a real disgrace to say the least. for such a big company to not cater for the disabled is shocking, outside of parking the staff made mockery of the situation and discussed it amongst themselves in the presence of the customer. A lousy packer, named Amukelani, made sure that she made the experience hell and called everyone that cared to listen. the supervisor, Eunice, tried to solve the situation but even her efforts were minimal and too little too late.
