No care and process way too long
Their wallet refund process is way too long, you ask them for feedback they don't respond. They just don't care.

My money is still not in my account though the payout date has been changed from the 12th to 13th July, it's been more than 10 days there's still no funds in my account. I have asked for the proof of payment on more than one occasion it still not sent. I need the proof of payment.
