No call back or answer to a refund request
Logged a refund request on 25 June 26, still waiting for someone to get back to me and help with the request. Spoke to a person through ASAP, and they couldn't find my order number, ticket number, cell phone or mail address, but I have all of the documents showing my info is correct. I am still waiting for someone to call me back about this. Absolutely shocking service
