No Cakes and mini donuts advertised!

On Saturday (04 Feb 2023) I went to PnP Pinelands, they advertised 1) Black Forest Cake R89 and 2) Mini donuts 10's for R35. I requested to speak to the bakery manager from customer care front office, this man came... didn't introduce himself. I asked about the cake first. He abruptly did a calling with his finger (as if i was his child) come I'll show you it's the same cake, as we walking, him a good few step in front me, I asked and the mini donuts? He said Head Office said it's not going to work! I said it's being advertised...he responds no stores has this according to him and what he heard from Head Office. So now he points to the 2 layer black forest cake and says here's the cake. On this very shelve there is a picture of the special cake advertised for R89 and the cake he is pointing to looks nothing like the cake being advertised. He insisted it's the cake, I was... it can't be! This baker's attitude after I told him I see your attitude and just know I too can have a attitude...he walked away saying he is actually having a good day, client care thrown out by the window completely on this one. Pick n Pay's adverti*****t was false and misleading and I have images to prove it! Your staff should be trained when dealing clients that is able to see through their lies and **** attitude. These cakes were for a confirmation party the next day, so I needed to get cakes that were more expensive and needed to do changes as they didn't have the donuts also. The issue was not the store completely but the false, misleading advertising which is unacceptable!
