No Avios switching on Smart Shopper!!!!

I phoned PnP during the first week of October because I could not convert my avios via the web page.....they advised to visit a pnp kiosk - I visited montana hyper store on Friday 6 October to convert my smart shopper points into avios.. Nobody could help me - keep on getting an error message. When I got home I phoned the customer line - she logged an additional call but still the problem is not solved. I confirmed my Avios number (***X) but its still giving me the same error message: The BA Executive Club account number you have entered is invalid - I don't have a BA club account!!!! When I visited the store that Friday I tried again - they phoned from the store, the consultant kept me on the line for more than 30 minutes with a promise that it will be fixed...... nothing happened!! Then on Thursday I phoned again - I spoke to a very nice gentlemen that said he will help me the next day. The next day he did phone me back, he even had avios on the line,, Avios confirmed everything is correct on their side and that it must be a technical problem on PnP side. The gentlemen said he will have to log another call and get back to me..... Really PnP??????? I tried the web, the app and the kiosk - YOUR SMART SHOPPER POINTS ARE NOT SWITCHING!!!!!!! This is now a month! The avios get 20% more is expiring on Tuesday - If I miss it PnP can be sure that you will not see me in your shop again... What does it help that I am loyal to a shop and I can't use my loyalty points on something that I want???
