No assistance provided to a pensioner

My gran was buying her groceries for the week on Sunday, 3 January. She bought some cleaning products and food items. She asked for two bags and as she was walking out of the shop she realized only the bag containing the cleaning products was in the trolley. <br> <br> She went back to the till where she paid immediately and told them what happened. The manager was at the till helping her before and he just said sorry it was in the trolley and did absolutely nothing to find out what happened to the bag or who was at fault. She called the shop today to find out if anyone knew anything but got pretty much the same attitude from them. <br> <br> My gran is a pensioner who already has very little money per month to spare, now she pretty much lost that money spent on the food, now has no meat for the week and the staff couldn't be bothered the slightest bit.
