No assistance

Terrible service from pick n pay liquor at festival mall, it's just the cashier and security present no one to assist, I asked the cashier to get someone to help me she went into the main store to get someone, she came back, she doesn't communicate as to whether there is someone coming or not, she just continues with whatever she was doing. I waited for +- 10 minutes and eventually left without being assisted, what a waste of my time!
