No assistance

Kathu Pick n pay. I ask for R200 cashback. The cashier cannot assist, I ask if she can ask then the nearest till she says no. I ask then if someone else can assist, she reluctantly calls the manager. She manager also says she cannot help me with R200 cashback. They didn't even try the other tills. Only for a merely R200. I left my groceries and rather went to checkers.
