<p>Today Pick 'n Pay's staff completely disappointed.</p> <p>There was one person being served at the bakery, and no "queue here" sign, so I went to stand in front of the donuts to order my donut. While waiting, someone came to stand behind the person being served bread and suddenly a queue was forming. I stood and waited, and every person in the "queue" was served before me, until eventually I had to leave empty handed since my lunch time is only so long.</p> <p>No one behind the counter looked in my direction or informed me that they only served those in the queue instead of those who were there first.</p> <p>And furthermore, if people are expected to queue like at a till, which I have never experienced at any bakery counter at any Pick 'n Pay, put up a sign to say queue starts here. Or I will rather go buy a Cinnabon or similar like I had to do today.</p>
