NO ASAP refunds
I ordered groceries on the 2nd August 2022 and was notified that 2 of the items were out of stock and I will be refunded for them. Called the call centre and was told that the refund was done and will reflect in my account. Today is the 10th and I am still waiting.........
If this is how long it takes to get refunded, I will no longer use the ASAP service

10 Aug 2022, 13:22Thank you for your reply. However, the guy I spoke to on either Wednesday or Thursday told me that it takes 2 - 10 days (didin't say anything anything about weekends and holidays)
