No ASAP for service!!
The only thing ASAP about pick n Pay ASAP is the stupidity of which you have to deal with. We placed an order at 9am this morning and the driver arrives with a tray of black labels, which needless to say we did not order. The driver tells me there is nothing he can do he will return the alcohol but what we ordered is not his problem. My wife calls their call Centre for help and we are told don't worry give it 30mins your money will be back and you can order again. Not ideal but what's another 4hours anyway. This promise never happens, called again and told they are escalating it and THERE IS NO TURN AROUND TIME??? *** serious how is there now turn around time so it doesnt matter we should just wait and be hopeful??? Ask for a refund and you have to wait 7 days. Honestly you guys suck and we will NEVER use "ASAP" again!!!
Im very interested to know what the plan is to fix this really. The order was canceled and now my refund has not been paid. As an insult to injury, the response we got was that this will be resolved etc but NO APOLOGY. Not even an attempt at one, this is why I say your service is really sad. It's a shame for a massive corporate to be this bad at customer service. I ordered the exact same from Checkers and not only was the delivery done in under 60mins it was even cheaper that my order with you. It's no wonder Checkers is completing dominating the market really.
