No after sales service

I bought a bag from Pick N Pay at the end of December. This bag was purchased over 1000km from my home. My child started using the bag when school started, she is 2 so never handles the bag, the middle of Feb I logged an email with their customer care as the bag started to come apart at the seams. They promised me a call from the store I bought from, to date I have not heard back. I emailed again asking them for feedback and it is radio silence. I wish I never bought from pick n pay. I will definitely never support them again. There is no after cate when their products are useless. They will gladly take your money but no one wants to assist when things go wrong. I am assuming no one will contact me regarding this post either. I hope other mothers see this and steer clear of buying school supplies from them.
