No action whatsoever!!!
So, further to my previous negative review on Oct 4, 2024 Pick n Pay responded by opening a customer service ticket with the view to address the issue. Three weeks later and that is all that they did. Not action whatsoever!!!

We have checked our smart shopper card however we do not see any recent switch for partner transactions. The last switch was done last year September for FlightSite
Please email us screen shots of the switch done this year together with the below information to the email address provided below to enable us to do a follow up on our query for you.
Please forward the following information for verification purposes to enable us to assist you. We require your old and then new details to be able to update your profile if needed. 1. Full name & surname2. Postal/physical address3. Cell number4. Email address5. Id / passport number6. Smart shopper card number
