No action of complaint logged

My wife ordered 2 x JC le Roux bottles and 1 x Chivas bottle via order ***.

The two JC le Roux bottles arrived with labels torn off and the Chivas container was opened and free gift removed. We have tried to contact them via email, Facebook Messenger and tagging them on FB posts. No response as yet.
