Nikelwa Nxatini sucks

I ordered from pick n pay ASAP and recieved expired g****s that have started to go off. I emailed as I usually do (because quality has gone down and after years of not needing to complain I now have almost weekly problems) but received a response from Nikelwa Nxatini refusing to help me unless I reiterate all the details from my order. This has never been required previously but I guess Nikelwa Nxatini just wants to be extra careful about who may want to complain about ****ty service?

The app doesn't allow for complaints within a specific order nor is it possible to copy and paste the order number or details. I don't see why I need to switch screens to locate and manually type out a multiple digit order number.

Once again, not happy with pick n pay ASAP service
