Nik Nak bag tempered with

Today on the 6th of February, 2021 i brought a bag of 50X20g Nik Naks at Picknpay Northgate mall. I have brought the same product before at the same shop so did not check if it was tightly sealed or not.

When I was about to open the bag at home, I realised that it was slightly open at the handle where it should be sealed. I counted the packs. They were 46 instead of 50. I wonder if the hands that tempered with the bag were clean. Besides that is *****ing from customers
