Nicole Downey - where is my refund?????

I am so tired of Pick n pay ASAP app everytime we order our goods there are goods missing or out of stock and they fail to mention this beforehand... Right now I am utterly disgusted by their service I purchased goods online on the 26th July if I'm correct they tell me after they no longer deliver in my area but already took the money from my account it's the 9th of August 2023 and I have still not received my refund after I requested wallet to be placed back into my account. They have been telling me how long it would take to reflect yet it is still not reflecting. I sent emails upon emails telling me how long it would take the last email I was told by Nicole Downey (Pick N Pay) it would reflect on Tuesday 8th August 2023 yet nothing I'm so tired of sending emails I even sent one again today to let them know and let me tell you responses are slow I know it is the strike but it is pass the date they told me it would reflect I would just like my refund back please so that I can delete this app for once and for all!!!
