Next day order not cancelled or refunded as requested!

Ive placed an ASAP order on Saturday evening. My mistake was I did not check the delivery time. I have however sent 50 messages to ask them to cancel it. NO ONE responded and the only feedback that I got was technical problems. They "delivered" it at 09:30 15 hours later without cancelling the order as per request. The delivery was marked as delivered BUT there was no one home to receive it!!!! This is theft!
