New Redruh - Pick n Pay RCS card cloned

Pick n Pay New Redruth, my Pick n Pay store card was cloned in Aug 2022 with no formal investigation was done, however RCS refunded the funds. In April 2023 they tried again as they phone Pick n Pay RCS to change my details while I was in the store and have the card in my possession. It is not save to shop at this store. They even went so far as to do a sim swop on my number the 1st time. Where did they find my details as it is suppose to be confidentail. Reported the 1st incident to store manager but not relunctant to assist. This was now the 2nd incident in less 8 months. 1st incident took about 4 months
