New Pick n Pay Alberton City a Dissapointment

<p>The new Pick n Pay Alberton City standards are considerably lower in service and supply standards compared to other Pick n Pays.</p> <p>They have been open for how long now, and they still do not stock Cat food? There is an endless amount of dog food. I'm not sure where we keep all the dogs in the CBD but I do know many cat owners.</p> <p>Next bad experiences. I had to wait 15 minutes for change. Why, because the manager had to bring the change. The the poor teller looked uncomfortable as she waited. After 10 minutes, I asked the teller Mpho, why does she not break change with another teller. Oh, that seemed to be a genius idea. I eventually got my change 5 minutes later. So their service levels are not as good as other pick n pays and thier staff seem to be clueless and lazy to work.</p> <p>Lastly, I have you compared prices closely. Pick n Pay is supposed to be a wholesale retail store, right? Please explain how they can charge more for basic food items and other branded products than any corner Cafe in Alberton CBD.</p> <p>A response and evident improvement will be appreciated.</p>
