Never using The Pick N Pay ASAP app again

Pick N Pay ASAP is the worst, i placed an order tuestday 3 March 2026 they had a system glitch and my account was debited with no ordernumber in simple terms money gone and no products. i have been c alling them from tuesday and today is friday and every consultant is been saying the query is logged and i will get my refund in 2 hours but now its been 4days .
