Never using Pick n Pay ASAP or even shopping at Pick n Pay ever again

I've had an issue going on for a few months now. Logged a ticket with ASAP support, the support staff's only concern is closing tickets instead of resolving issues. I had three consecutive weekend where collection of the faulty goods was arranged and nothing happened. It came to a point where I was expected to chase after them for collection of these good. I'm absolutely ****ed off and have given up getting a resolution of this issue, let alone getting a refund. The service/ support I've gotten from Pick n Pay has been trash.
