Never use their ASAP app

I always get disappointed with the ASAP team, it’s either they bring some items and leave some or deliver approximately 3 hours later. Some serious improvement is needed there. I’ve ordered grocery items yesterday, around 8 am, they left out one item, I called to let them know yes the lady apologised but hung up on me, no curtesy at all. To cut the long story short, I still don’t have the item that I paid for.
