Never use PNP ASAP use any other delivery service instead

I made an order on the PNP ASAP app at 14:00. As of 16:27 I have still not received my groceries. After nearly a half an hour on the phone PNP will not arrange for the delivery nor will they refund the money for the payment. They will only provide a credit on their app which I will never use again. Rather use checker 60 I have never had to call the checkers call centre with a complaint
