Never use Pick n Pay asap, they take your money but don’t actually deliver the items

I used Pick n Pay asap for the first time on Saturday. They delivered my order minus 3 items totally around R200. They still billed me for these items. I immediately phoned them and opened service request ***. I have since followed up 4 times to no response. I have still not received my items or my money back just radio silence. I advise no one to use them. Use Checkers 60 instead, they at least are honest and give service.
