NEVER USE PICK N PAY ASAP KLERKSDORP

I had the worst experience with Pick n Pay ASAP delivery app. I have placed an order on the 6th of November 2021 order number ***. Upon receipt of the first delivery, all the items from the liquor store was missing. After numerous calls to the delivery agent as well as Pick n Pay online support for more than a few hours. 2 of the 4 outstanding Liquor items was delivered. I have been struggling with Pick n Pay ASAP call centre almost every day to find out what is the status of my outstanding Inverroche Verdant Gin and Vawter Lemon and Lime. They promise to refund me and they have also said they will deliver but nothing has been done.
