NEVER USE PICK N PAY ASAP

I requested a refund on the 29th of September 2022 for 3 items I did not receive via Pick n Pay Asap. To date, I have not received the refund even though I have been back and forth with Pick n Pay Asap via Twitter DMs. I have sent all the information required. At this stage, I do not recommend anyone to buy groceries via Pick n Pay Asap. Checkers 60 & Woolies Dash will continue to thrive because of their excellent customer service and reliable effort in communicating with their customers.
