Never use Pick and Pay delivery

My order number ***6 . I placed this order last night and the app indicated that it would be delivered between 9 and 9:30 this morning but it was only delivered at 13;30 i.e 4 hours later and the app doesn't have an option of cancelling so I had to postpone my appointments and lose income while waiting for my order. Please reimburse me for all this inconvenience.
