NEVER RECIEVED MY PICKNPAY ASAP E-WALLET REFUND!!! STAY AWAY!!!
Please stop ordering from the Pick n pay asap app.
I cancelled my order due to waiting for three hours ( calling them every 30min) to find out what is going on - with its on its way the whole time. I cancelled my order on the 4th August, by the Friday the 9th I did not receive any funds when I checked the app, I saw the wallet pay out date shows the 9th - I still have it another 5 working days - When I followed up on the Friday the 16th they all of a sudden say we have just paid the payment with not enough apologies or a sincere email - Now it leaves me to wait another 1-10 working days while they ignore my emails, they do not respond to my social media dm's - Utterly disgusting for a nationwide huge supermarket chain - no wonder they are going down the drain!!
Order number is #***7 - Was cancelled - I had to called in multiple times as well - cancelled on the 4th, did the wallet pay out on that same day - I see on the app it says with drawl on the 9th which is untrue ( the order also show delivered when it never reached me) This means from today it is 11 working days - When I followed up on Friday I was informed that payment was "processed" today whatever that means? was it paid over? into my account or not? and from which bank account? so that I know when to expect payment? none of theses questions are answered! now I have to wait another 10 working days from the 16th Aug? Does it seem fair that you have your items return the same day but I have to wait almost 20 days for my money to be refunded? let me go to a store and tell then I want some items and will pay in 20 days? will that be acceptable?
