Never received my order

I placed an order with ASAP, after an hour, I just never received an invoice, I them called and Tarryn from ASAP tells me my order was delivered, she then puts me on hold for 11 min before cutting the call, I then call back and she tells me she's working on it and that my order is still in store. I am so frustrated with the pathetic service you constantly receive from them. Until now still no call from them
