Never received Asap delivery!

Ordered groceries on Asap mobile app on Thursday, 10 March at 16:52 for around R1000. Delivery arrived around 19:00-ish. Driver brought the incorrect order, he had switched around the order number mistakenly. Said there was no-one he could phone now as they were closed. No delivery on Friday, no one followed up with us. I phoned call center on Saturday just after 08:00. They could not help me stating that they needed to "verify the account" (it was in my wife's name). She phoned them later the day only to be told "it was delivered according to our system". R1000 down the drain, nothing to show for it. Absolute *******! How about you prove that I received my order!
